Geoff Grenert, MBA
Geoff Grenert, MBA, has been an Executive Coach for the past twenty-five-years and is the Managing Partner at You Can Lead, LLC, a Florida based firm, specializing in leadership, organization, and team development and executive coaching. He has worked with executives, directors and managers in a wide variety of industries, ranging from Pharmaceuticals to Investment Banking, MD’s and Ph.D.’s, Publishing and Telecommunications. He has worked with clients all over the globe.
His business career began with United Parcel Service and FedEx Ground. He was the founder and president of several companies, ranging from two regional package delivery companies, a financial consulting firm, a garden design and build company, a restaurant franchise and a not-for-profit community service organization, and finally two consulting firms specializing in executive coaching, leadership development and team development.
He is also adjunct faculty at Duke University Fuqua School of Business in multiple leadership programs, as well as adjunct faculty at the Center for Creative Leadership in Greensboro, NC. He is also one of the initial coaches at the CreatingWe Institute in New York.
Geoff is a strong advocate for his clients and believes that trust is the foundation of a successful coaching engagement. Geoff uses personal experiences, fables and role-playing to help guide his clients on their journey towards great leadership. Geoff and his clients determine the goals and objectives of the coaching process and contract for success. He is a Board Certified Executive Coach and has a BA in History from St Anselm College and an MBA from The University of Phoenix.
